Beautifully well kept property grounds.submitted by Ellie V. - |Recommended: YesDuck Village is a fairly good apartment option with the exception of loud neighbors and the need to store your bike if you own one in your apartment for robberies reasons. I have been recommending as a cost-effective option for college students looking for a place to live.

Greatsubmitted by Serena M. - |Recommended: YesFor a first apartment, Ducks is affordable and a great place to live especially for students. It was nice living off campus but it didn't feel too removed from student life.
Nice, but too noisy.submitted by Mykia H. - |Recommended: YesA great experience minus the nightly noisy neighbors.
Its not the best, but I enjoy my time heresubmitted by Andrew H. - |Recommended: YesIve met a handful of people that live here and so far there hasnt been anyone I havent gotten along with. The office staff are really friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. My only complaint is that the apartment I moved in to had a few big issues, but they were fixed in a timely manner
