Great college apartments.submitted by Makenzie F. - |Recommended: NoReally like living here. Great location off campus, easy access to the bus.
Super Affordable and great livingsubmitted by Shelby D. - |Recommended: YesI love living here. The staff and maintenance is amazing and quick, and the apartments themselves are cute and cozy. The walls are pretty good at keeping moderate noise from being heard outside of the room. The community is pretty quiet as well, or at least when it isn't too quiet I can't hear it from inside my apartment.
Great place to live until gamedaysubmitted by Anthony S. - |Recommended: Yessafe and laidback environment, apartments are nice and has great rec areas, only two cons don't expect to be able to leave on gameday, the neighborhood is bad for car break-ins and bike theft but that is all of eugene
Overall, great communitysubmitted by Dayle B. - |Recommended: Yesunits are generally well maintained, maintenance is quick and effective, neighbors can be a little noisy but it is student housing, and the rent rates make up for any minor inconveniences that may occur. would definitely suggest duck’s village for students and first-time renters.
Its greatsubmitted by Molly S. - |Recommended: Yesits inclusive
Good first apartmentsubmitted by Audrey A. - |Recommended: YesThis is my first time on my own. I haven't had any problems and am satisfied with everything so far
Its coolsubmitted by Anthony D. - |Recommended: YesIts a college atmosphere place, fun. But the roommate matching is not so great.
Beautiful, Loud, and Livable- with Great Peoplesubmitted by James M. - |Recommended: YesThe office peeps and maintenance team are very kind and helpful. They do tend to send out general messages, so don't freak out if you receive a message that you know or have good reason to believe does not actually apply to you. It's mostly college, seemingly undergrads, so be wary- neighbors may be loud, especially upstairs runners. Also be wary of mold in the shower room, and do what you can to not attract ants. The property itself is fairly pretty, especially the greenery, which is pretty standard for Eugene anyway. Rent is pretty affordable if you're willing to have roommates, compared to the rest of Eugene. Overall, a good place to live.
Very clean and well maintainedsubmitted by Rogaciano C. - |Recommended: YesThe living spaces are great and everyone living here is easy to get along with
I think this property is very nice and student friendlysubmitted by Miriam H. - |Recommended: YesI think the pricing here is very reasonable and the housing amenities are a great. My only issue is how far away it is from campus. It can feel a little isolated if you don't have a car and don't want to find a way to get across the river to the other side of town. The smoke detectors are also very sensitive. Other than those two things though, I think this place is great and I would consider living here again if I didn't find someplace closer to campus. Staff is great as well.
Fantasticsubmitted by Katherine F. - |Recommended: YesStaff was always super helpful and willing to work with you. Super friendly atmosphere. Apartments weren't in top notch condition--but with some cleaning and work they are suitable--especially for the price. Altogether super happy with it.
Good village.submitted by Syu-Heng L. - |Recommended: YesOverall good. Reasonable rental price. Only concern is maybe your neithers are noisy.
Best around, but still room for improvementsubmitted by Leeland S. - |Recommended: YesParking is great, only thing better would be if it was all covered. Noise is average, I don't like that all the floors above me squeak all the time. Other than that, the staff is always really helpful and willing to answer my questions, and the maintenance people get the job done quickly every time.
Nice, clean, and comfortablesubmitted by Jasmine A. - |Recommended: YesIt's really nice place to live, even as a non-student. The location right by autzen makes it super easy to get to places in Eugene Springfield. They have a free pool, gym, basketball, and volleyball court which is a huge plus, and a really nice hangout spot in the office with a pool table and ping-pong. The necessities like the stove, oven, fridges, and toilets are a little out-dated but if they ever have issues, maintenance is always happy to help Overall I've loved living here
