|Recommended: YesGood place to live — While it definitely has some cons, they are by far outweighed by the pros. It's not the absolute greatest place, but you would not mind spending your college years living here. It's a reasonable price, the newer units are furnished nicely and it's right near the 13 stop which takes you straight to the grocery store, which is a huge plus for me
|Recommended: YesDucks Village is a great place to live- it is affordable and nice. — I love Ducks Village because it is affordable and has great amenities and friendly staff. For example, the pool, the gym, and the clubhouse. Also parking is great because it is free and there is always a lot of available spaces. The apartments are spacious, but a little outdated if you do not have a renovated one. The noise is decent and I have never had a problem with loud neighbors.
|Recommended: YesCheap and cute — Duck village is the cheapest option and it is still super cute and gives you a lot for what you’re paying. I absolutely hate that they sell parking on game day though because i can never find parking ok game days when I get home from work. Neighbors are extremely loud due to thin walls and creaky floors.
|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good — I've lived in some pretty bad places so far living in Eugene, and I will admit that this is definitely the nicest place I have ever lived in my independence. My only complaint so far is the noise of my upstairs neighbors, they are incredibly loud at times and like to jump around or stomp heavily with no regard to the people living directly under them. Other than that, I have generally enjoyed my experience

They get good natural sunlight and the grounds are kept clean. Having access to a pool, hot tub and gym is also incredibly nice. I'm very grateful to be living in Ducks Village.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very clean and well maintained. — I would tell them it is great service and the living areas are clean.
|Recommended: YesChilled and laid back — Living at Ducks is really chill. It is very quiet and is great because of the friends you can make, most people will complain about the distance to campus but there is a bus stop right out in front of the main street which isn't too bad. Ducks is a great apartment to live in especially for the price.
|Recommended: YesDefinitely does a great job of making you feel like you're at your home. — I would tell them that its a wonderful place to live at and that the room sizes are great, the living room is great, and best of all it comes furnished.
|Recommended: YesReasonable for the price but needs updating. — The price is nice although needs renovations- carpet, paint, appliances etc are all out dated. The staff is very helpful, front desk is nice and maintenance responds quick.
|Recommended: YesOffering a different living experience from dorm life. — It is a unique experience from dorm living. A perfect adjustment housing to a more independent life after college. Well cared for amenities, with a fast reacting maintenance staff.
|Recommended: YesGreat college apartments — Ducks village have the best apartments in Eugene. Its really not that expensive. In fact with all it offers i'd say its inexpensive. The staff and maintenance are great Very prompt and so helpful The apartments are clean with new-ish appliances when you move in. There was really nothing that needed to be cleaned at move in. Very impressive for a college apartment The amenities are amazing. The gym is the best. All the events the ducks village staff put on all year long are soo much fun And you have all the parking you want and you DO NOT have to pay for it Trust me that's a very big thing in Eugene. They even did a great job with roommate matching Honestly there is no downside. I love Ducks village and I'm truly sad I didn't know about it when I first moved to Eugene
