Plans are based on a 52-day stay from July 15th through September 5th, 2008.

Please mail $250 as a deposit to reserve the apartment.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your application to confirm your reservation.

Each apartment rental includes 2 free embroidered T-shirts. If you are in an apartment with extra bedrooms that have been locked for the summer, we will unlock these bedrooms for your visitors for an additional $5.00 per night per room. Please note that we do not have linens for the extra beds.

I have enclosed $250 as a deposit and I understand that I may cancel my reservation in writing up to June 15, 2007, and receive a refund of my deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellations received after June 15, 2007, or after occupancy has been taken. I also understand and agree that Duck‘s Village has the right to cancel my reservation due to lack of availability of the plan I have selected or move me to a different plan with different accommodations at the same rate.

I understand that at the end of the rental period, I am to leave the apartment in the same clean and undamaged condition as I found it. Should I inadvertently damage anything in the apartment, I agree to reimburse Duck‘s Village for repair or replacement, which ever is the lesser amount. I understand that Duck‘s Village will provide me with a full accounting of the damages at the time I am billed.
